Sometimes I think about it so much that by the time I am actually practicing it I have little time left to enjoy it!
Lets face it, we lead busy lives... There's the day to day stuff: get up, get ready, eat some breakfast and then there's sticking in a couple of minutes to get on the mat.
Do you struggle finding time to practice yoga?
In my experience it's something more profound than just finding the time, because I know I do have it. It's a mental struggle between doing what I think I want to do and doing what my body is asking me to do. Yoga is a process. Its an ongoing, very personal transformation. I'd like to invite you to explore this with me. If you are also just embarking in this exciting process of trying to practice yoga, please tell me your thoughts and experiences. I'll do the same.
